At CSD Physiotherapy, we are committed to providing comprehensive and timely care to all our clients. To ensure that each appointment is managed efficiently, we have established the following cancellation and appointment policies:
- Appointment Duration: Standard appointments are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing. The assessment portion of your appointment will typically last 40 minutes. The remaining time is allocated for our clinicians to complete patient notes, prepare relevant paperwork, and ready the clinic for the next appointment.
- Notice of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us in writing by emailing info@csdphysiotherapy.co.uk. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Late Cancellations: Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the full session fee of £60. This policy applies even if the booking was made using a discount code or promotional offer.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will also result in the full session fee being charged.
- Appointment Timing: All appointments will begin and end at the scheduled times. Please note that late arrivals will not result in an extension of the appointment time. To ensure that you receive the full benefit of your session, please plan to arrive on time.
